Well, now that I am alone my menu planning is a bit different. When I make something I have to eat it till it's gone. I currently have a spicy taco soup to eat up. Then, I will make Kid Dogs (hot dogs topped with mashed potatoes and cheese), Crockpot stroganaff, chili mac, and tamale casserole are all on the menu for now. I can have chicken sandwiches between those.
