Monday, Monday, It's the New Year!

For Christmas I made a smoked salmon cheesecake and a mushroom bacon cheesecake. Well, the salmon one disappeared. Everyone loves it! However the bacon mushroom one was lingering. I liked it, but eating the entire thing every day for a week wasn't in my plans. So, I took the pieces, wrapped them in foil, and added a sleeve of crackers to a baggie. They're in the freezer for when I'm ready for them.
