December 7, 2025, It's been a few weeks

Hello, friends,

It's been almost three weeks since I posted. Thanksgiving was spent in Washington with two of my brothers and my sister. It was only my second flight ever, and last time was in 1997 before TSA inspections were a thing. My sister is already talking about getting me to come out next year.

December is always a hard month money wise. There is the holiday, van tags, and half the property taxes. I have no plans to do any grocery shopping this month. For Christmas, I have a turkey breast to cook, a pecan pie in the freezer, and bags of stuffing to make up. My youngest will be home after the 20th. He's driving in from Kentucky.

I'm a gamer.

Todays game is Craft the World. It's one of my favorite games. I have played 1,786 hours on this game. They keep coming out with more and more DLCs for this game, which I can't resist buying.

Attitude of gratitude: Today, I am grateful for my friend who is leading our sunday school class while the regular teacher slowly recovers from a stroke.
