Thursday, June 26th, Keeping yourself entertained when you are broke

The key to this is finding free things to do or things that utilize what you have.

1. Watch You-tube videos. I have a lot of subscriptions on You-tube. They are quite the eclectic bunch. I have frugal ones, true crime ones, gaming ones, music ones, and so many more. Right now I'm on a 'I am a (fill in the blank) and I survived the first 12 hours/days/weeks/months of a zombie apocolypse' kick.

2. I read mostly online. On my kindle I have over 7500 books that I mostly got free from here: https://www.freestufftimes.com/category/ebook

3. I do things at my church.

4. I check the library's schedule every month. I don't always find anything that I'm interested in though.

5. There are things that I know happen every year like Chautauqua and Shakespeare in the park put on by the local theater group. I need to look into finding other free things happening in the area.
