1/2 cup liquid; milk, juice (I am currently using some protein drinks and will move on to almond milk)
1/4 cup yogurt, plain or vanilla
1 to 2 t sweetner (I have not used this, it's just fine without for me)
1 cup fresh fruit (I've been using canned, it works fine)
2 cups frozen fruit
optional addins: nuts/nut butter, leafy greens (2 cups), chia seeds, protien powder, fish oil, oats, citrus, spices
I went to one of the drive thru food banks this morning, I got:
light bulbs
grapes
cinnamon raisin bagels2 bags frozen texas roadhouse rolls
chicken patties
sausage links
bag of frosted flakes cold cereal
fresh peaches
2 diet cokes
elbow macaroni
mac and cheese
package of chili mix
envelope of tuna
tube of dried instant bone broth
