This week's frugal accomplishments
1. Most meals at home. I've been told that this is an accomplishment despite that fact that we eat at home because we don't have money for take-out.
2. The exception to #1 was my youngest daughter's orthodontist is out of town an hour and fifteen minutes. We took bread, Aldi's miracle whip, and mustard packs (saved from being tossed at my church connect group). While there, we went to Walmart to buy lunch meat, cheese, a goodie (Little Debbie cakes), and drinks.
3. Gladly received free food that my youngest brought home from therapy; tortilla chips and tortillas.
4. Gladly received free clothes for the two girls and one boy going to church camps, shoes from a lady I crochet with (Betty Jo, she's 89 and still going strong), and bras for me from another lady I crochet with (Jody).
5. Gladly received free yarn from Jody.
6. Worked on crocheting a Christmas project for my Church connect group's Christmas party
